Head of regulation and policy

I have worked in regulatory, international, public, human rights and child law at ActionAid International, Coram Children's Legal Centre, in local government, the Government Legal Department and now Sykes. I am passionate about developing and implementing sound policy and increasing opportunity for all through:
- advising and working with social workers, policy officials, ministers and other stakeholders ;
- writing speeches for high profile stakeholders and producing activists' guides;
- legislating; and
- advocating in court.

In my spare time I co-founded Spier's, a catering company turning over £1 million as the pandemic struck.... It survived and now thrives again!
