Sam Pardo-Preston is Vice President in the Investments team at LHC, where he focuses on acquiring assets, portfolios and platforms across Europe and the US. Previously, Sam was a Vice President at Starwood Capital Group where he worked on a number of high-profile hospitality transactions across Europe including the landmark sale, ground lease and refinancing of the Principal Hotel Company, the acquisition of Skt. Petri Copenhagen, and the development of the Treehouse Manchester. Prior to Starwood, Sam worked at J.P. Morgan as an investment banking analyst in the UK Real Estate team where he worked on M&A deals across various commercial real estate asset classes.
