Tracey is a seasoned senior leader with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and business improvement within residential property investment and asset management, specializing in Estate, Block, and Build-to-Rent (BTR) sectors. Her strong management and influencing skills span all organizational levels, from frontline operations to the C-Suite.
Tracey also brings robust expertise in governance, risk, and compliance, and serves as a non-executive director. She is the Chair of the British Property Federation (BPF) Residential Management Committee, a BPF Residential Board member, and Co-chair of the Association of Residential Landlords (ARL) Policy & Research Committee. Additionally, she is an experienced mentor and APC supervisor.
