Co-Founder and Director of Development at Noiascape, James is an Architect, Developer & Teacher.

15 years’ experience as an Architect and Development Manager designing and delivering complex residential led mixed-use projects in London. James has development managed both private client and development projects with a value in excess of £70 million.

James leads the acquisition & development strategy for new sites, and provides a strategic overview of each development, synthesising cost management and design direction, ensuring the concept is maintained within the project budget. James also has a focus on the integration of technology within the buildings and as part of the tenant experience with the aim on creating efficiencies in energy use and strong customer experience on-line.
