Felicity Cousins May 11, 2022 US: Hyatt Hotels and Miami-based developer Gencom, have revealed plans to create a huge mixed use development near the Miami River.

Hyatt Miami

The plans will include demolishing the current Miami Hyatt Regency to make way for three towers, one of which will be a Hyatt hotel offering 615  rooms and 264 serviced apartments. The other two towers will house residential apartments.

Designed by Arquitectonica, the mixed use site will also feature 190,000 square feet of conference space, 20,000 square feet of coworking offices, parking and a 50,000 square feet public park.
