The brand has launched with three locations - Dallas, Texas; Raleigh, North Carolina; Los Angeles and Redwood City, California.
With facilities targeted at young families and professionals, it offers unfurnished apartments and long term leases with flexible terms. Amenities include a dedicated resident's lounge, outdoor BBQ, fitness centres, and tech-enabled lifestyle services through the Hello, Alfred app.
