Oh my god, I love this festival.
It's for me. I came for the first time
last year and I was wowed by the content
and the attendees. Um it's such a breath
of fresh air.
Urban Living describes very neatly um a
spread of options for anyone who's um
developing or or converting buildings in
this space.
I have always loved the Urban Living
Festival. I just like the fact that it's
not quite a mainstream conference. I
quite like the fact that it's got an
international um attendance which is
really great.
The attendees have been fantastic and
certainly a much diverse mix especially
as hospitality mixes with co-l
livingiving mixes with build to rent
mixes with all types of asset classes.
Investors certainly looking at real
estate not just in the single asset
classes as they have done in years gone
by.
I think the breakfast was amazing,
but uh I think what you've been building
here is very impressive.
