General Manager UK & Northern Europe

Based in London, Amanda Cupples is the General Manager for Northern Europe at Airbnb, overseeing the region including, the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and the Nordics. Amanda has 20 years of experience in entrepreneurial management and international operations across the technology, digital, music, entertainment and health sectors.

Prior to Airbnb, Amanda worked for three years at digital health company Babylon Health - first as Chief Commercial Officer and most recently as Chief Operating Officer & Vice President of Business Performance. She also served as President, International at Deluxe Entertainment Services, as well as holding numerous senior roles at EMI music.

A qualified lawyer and former consultant at McKinsey & Company, Amanda also serves as a non-executive director of WildBrain, a global children’s content and brands company, and is Chair of Trustees of Shobana Jeyasingh Dance, a critically acclaimed contemporary dance company.
