Paddy has over 16 years of real estate experience having spent his early career in European fund management before joining Global Student Accommodation as an early employee and leading the acquisition of £1bn of student accommodation across the UK & Europe.

Before joining Colliers in February 2021, Paddy was a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield working across the European student accommodation and residential build to rent teams, providing joint venture, disposal and acquisition advice to global platforms and investors.

Paddy also cofounded a fintech business called acasa in 2013, which provides financial services to tenants in residential accommodation.

Paddy is Chair of the Board of Pathways to Property – a project focused on increasing levels of representation and inclusion across the real estate industry, facilitating a summer school, mentoring and work experience opportunities for young people from a diverse range of backgrounds. In addition, he is a trustee to the Reading Real Estate Foundation.
