Head of residential capital markets

Andrew specialises in Residential Capital Market finance including, Build to Rent, Student Accommodation (PBSA), Single Family Housing, Co-Living and operational residential investment. He joined BNP Paribas Real Estate UK in 2022 to head up Residential Capital Markets. Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, he was Head of Investment in the UK for Cortland, a US Multifamily investment firm.

Andrew has a background in merchant banking, property development, investment and structured finance and has over 20 years’ experience in residential development and investment and was a pioneer in Build to Rent, Forward Funding, Development, Joint Ventures and Investment.
