As a Partner and Head of Operational Living at Bidwells, I bring over a decade of expertise in spearheading consultancy services across PBSA, Co-living, Build to Rent, Later Living, and Retirement sectors. I lead the Operational Living business with a focus on delivering comprehensive and tailored solutions that align with client goals.

Previously, as part of Cortland’s European Leadership Team and Senior Director at Cortland Consult, I contributed to the strategic and operational expansion of Build to Rent advisory services across Europe. My work emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and strategic planning to drive business growth and deliver impactful outcomes.
