John Williams is a flexible workspace specialist, who has worked across the sector for 15 years publishing industry-defining reports and talking at events around the world on the topic. In his role at CMO at the Instant Group he ran the world's largest marketplace for flexible workspace and coworking, collating and refining the best data source on the sector. In his new role as an advisor at Aalto Capital he is working with leading flex operators on a data aggregation service to ensure transparency of pricing and strategic business planning for the sector, and drive investment into the sector.
