The Urban Living Impact Awards recognise innovation, excellence and outstanding achievement across the living and flexible workspace sectors. There is no cost to enter individuals and companies may submit across multiple categories.

Award Categories
There are six award categories to enter, and the deadline for submissions is 3 August. To submit an entry, or to nominate a colleague or industry peer, please email your PDF submission to awards@urbanliving.news. Supporting images and relevant video links should be included where appropriate. There is no cost to enter, and both individuals and companies may submit entries across multiple categories, where relevant.

Visionary of the Year
Celebrates individuals who have made significant contributions to the urban living sector through inspiring leadership and innovative vision shaping the industry in meaningful ways.
Criteria
- Leadership & long-term vision for the living sector
- Contribution to industry growth and direction
- Influence inspiring others across the industry
- Thought leadership via published, spoken or shared vision

Recognises an individual with a clear, innovative vision who has demonstrably changed the living sector, inspired others and achieved specific disruptive accomplishments.
Criteria
- Clear and innovative vision for the future of living
- Demonstrable impact on how we think about living spaces
- Leadership inspiring others to follow their vision
- Specific achievements that support a disruptive approach

Rising Star
Recognises emerging talents bringing fresh perspectives to urban living. Celebrates those who, despite being relatively new to the field, have already made impactful contributions.
Criteria
- Fresh perspective and innovative ideas for the living sector
- Early achievements despite being new to the field
- Strong potential to become a future industry leader

Best Sustainability Initiative
Celebrates innovative and scalable initiatives within the living sector that demonstrate measurable environmental benefits and promote social wellbeing.
Criteria
- Innovation new or significantly improved sustainability approach
- Measurable impact quantifiable environmental benefits
- Scalability can be replicated or adapted for other projects
- Social impact promotes community wellbeing

Best Adaptive Reuse Project
Honours a project that creatively transforms an existing building, preserving its significance while incorporating sustainability and positively impacting the community.
Criteria
- Innovation creative transformation of an existing building
- Preservation of historical or architectural significance
- Sustainability in construction, materials and operation
- Community revitalisation and urban contribution

Transaction
Deal of the Year
Celebrates the ingenuity and hard work that go into creating deals that transform cities and communities recognising transactions that drive real change in urban living.

- Impact on urban living quality of life improvement
- Innovation unique and creative approach to the deal
- Financial performance strong and demonstrable results
- Positive stakeholder engagement and collaboration
