The Urban Living Impact Awards recognise innovation, excellence and outstanding achievement across urban living, hospitality, residential and flexible workspace — including hotels, serviced apartments and branded residences. The awards ceremony takes place during Urban Living Festival on 16 February 2027; see the agenda for timings and programme details. Award entry is free. Festival and ceremony access require an appropriate event pass.

Award Categories

The deadline for submissions is 2 November 2026. Individuals, companies and project teams may enter or nominate an industry peer across multiple relevant categories. Complete the entry form below — you will see a confirmation on screen once it is received. Award entry is free; attendance at the ceremony requires access to Urban Living Festival.

The awards ceremony takes place during Urban Living Festival on 16 February 2027 at Novotel London West. See the agenda for the confirmed timing and programme details.
Judging
Dates to be announced
Eligible entries will be assessed by the appointed judging panel against the published category criteria, evidence supplied, innovation, execution and measurable impact.
Shortlist
Timing to be announced
The shortlist publication date and finalist communications timetable will be added once the judging schedule is confirmed.
Eligibility and access
Free entry; festival pass required
Relevant individuals, organisations, projects, initiatives and transactions may enter. Award entry is free, but entry does not include a festival ticket or complimentary pass. Finalist and guest arrangements will be communicated separately.

Celebrates individuals who have made significant contributions to the urban living sector through inspiring leadership and innovative vision shaping the industry in meaningful ways.

Recognises an individual with a clear, innovative vision who has demonstrably changed the living sector, inspired others and achieved specific disruptive accomplishments.

  • Specific achievements that support a disruptive approach

Rising Star
Recognises emerging talents bringing fresh perspectives to urban living. Celebrates those who, despite being relatively new to the field, have already made impactful contributions.

  • Strong potential to become a future industry leader

Best Sustainability Initiative
Celebrates innovative and scalable initiatives within the living sector that demonstrate measurable environmental benefits and promote social wellbeing.
Criteria
  • Innovation new or significantly improved sustainability approach
  • Measurable impact quantifiable environmental benefits
  • Scalability can be replicated or adapted for other projects
  • Social impact promotes community wellbeing

Best Adaptive Reuse Project
Honours a project that creatively transforms an existing building, preserving its significance while incorporating sustainability and positively impacting the community.

  • Innovation creative transformation of an existing building

  • Community revitalisation and urban contribution

Deal of the Year
Celebrates the ingenuity and hard work that go into creating deals that transform cities and communities recognising transactions that drive real change in urban living.

  • Innovation unique and creative approach to the deal
  • Financial performance strong and demonstrable results
  • Positive stakeholder engagement and collaboration
