Urban Living Festival returns on 16 February 2027 at Novotel London West — with a new one-day format built for scale, access and better industry conversations. Qualified industry stakeholders can apply for complimentary attendance, while service providers have a dedicated paid route. Registration opens 1 August 2026.
Complimentary-pass applications are intended for relevant landlords, developers, owners, operators and investors. Applications are reviewed using the role and organisation information supplied; approval is not automatic. Service providers should use the paid attendance route.
