Adam joined the Bridges property team in 2023 and works on the underwriting and execution of new investment opportunities and analysis of the existing portfolio.

Prior to joining Bridges, Adam worked at Welltower Inc. (US Healthcare REIT) between 2018 and 2023 where he was a leading member of the UK investments team responsible for the growth and asset management of their £4 billion UK senior housing portfolio. Between 2013 and 2018 he worked in the acquisitions team at Clearbell Capital (real estate private equity fund) and was focused on value-add/opportunistic real estate investments across a range of commercial sectors.

Adam holds a BA in Industrial Economics from Nottingham University and an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School.
