Sustainability manager

Ding Li leads the sustainability division at iQ, one of the largest providers of student accommodation in the UK. She oversees the development and execution of the sustainability strategy across the business as a part of the Investment and Asset Management team. Before joining iQ, Ding Li was an Associate Director at Longevity Partners. In this role, she led the firm's Strategy advisory team, which covered the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. Her expertise lies in ESG-related policy and action plans, including double materiality assessments, net-zero approaches, and science-based targets in the property sector.
