Passionate about the industry of Build to Rent having worked in multiple roles in the London market over the last 5 years. Having carried out two site mobilisations and successful launches into lease up, I have a broad understanding of the day to day operational requirements within the industry. Newly joined Greystar UK in October 2022 as GM for Coppermaker Square to oversee the mobilisation and launch of such an exciting unique scheme in East London. Specifically interested in service delivery and the application of processes and the use of nurturing partnerships in order to reach key KPIs of occupancy, rent levels and NPS service score feedback. I am an Events and Venue Management (BA) Graduate with a comprehensive customer service, hospitality, leisure and events management background. I thrive in problem solving, analysing information, reporting, organising and taking care of people. My professional synergy consists of creativity, organisation, operationally process application and I consider myself to be very driven, self-motivated with a real drive for results whilst adding value for clients and employers.
