Sam Bailey-Watts has more than 30 years of experience in the UK Higher Education sector working at the University of Nottingham and the University of London and then with the University Partnerships Programme from 2000 to 2019. Sam held many statutory board positions including managing director of the Facilities Management and Partnerships divisions, as well as chairing a number of the constituent companies set up with universities to manage the assets working with shareholders and investors.
Sam began his own consultancy FRAH Consulting Limited in 2019 and has developed the residential strategies at the University of London and the University of Northampton amongst other projects. He is also a verifier for the ANUK Code of Standards for the PBSA sector.
