As COO, Scott Lewis is the executive lead for sales & marketing, operations, systems, student engagement and HR across the Homes for Students portfolio. With a wealth of experience gained across many industries including financial services, hospitality, property, and IT, before moving into the student accommodation sector, Scott’s eight-year tenure can be characterised by his strategic focus on excellence. A great communicator with a thoughtful approach, Scott has been the driving force behind new technologies including the multi award-winning resident experience app KLIQ. Under his guidance, HFS has developed a strong management team, emerging as the largest independent PBSA provider in the UK and Ireland, welcoming over 40,000 residents each year.
