Richard has more than 40 years’ experience in the residential agency, development, and investment industries. He has been involved in the Build-to-Rent sector since 2012 and advised a range of companies in that time. Richard authored ‘Understanding Build to Rent: A Guide to the Changing Face of the Private Rented Sector’ for Fiera Real Estate in 2019 and industry leading paper ‘Single-Family Housing: The Home of Residential Investment’ in 2021. Richard specialises in the Single-Family Rental sector and believes it has unique potential in bringing the benefits of professional ownership and management to every corner of the UK.
